❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Check these things:
- Did you grant Speech Recognition permission? (Settings → VoxiBoxi)
- Is the correct language selected for your recording?
- Is the audio clear enough? Background noise affects accuracy.
- Try the Retry button if transcription failed.
Call Mode is for transcribing phone/video calls:
- Put your call on speakerphone
- Start recording in VoxiBoxi
- Talk normally during the call
- Stop recording when done
- In Detail View, enable "Multiple Voices (Calls)"
- Set Boost to +12dB for better remote speaker detection
- Tap the orange "Call Mode" button
All recordings are stored locally on your iPhone. We never upload anything to any server. This means:
- Your recordings are private
- They work offline
- If you delete the app, recordings are deleted too!
To backup: Use the Share function to save recordings to Files, iCloud, etc.
Yes! VoxiBoxi works 100% offline:
- Recording works offline
- Transcription uses on-device AI (no internet needed)
- No data is ever sent anywhere

Überprüfe folgendes:
- Hast du die Spracherkennung-Berechtigung erteilt? (Einstellungen → VoxiBoxi)
- Ist die richtige Sprache für deine Aufnahme ausgewählt?
- Ist das Audio klar genug? Hintergrundgeräusche beeinträchtigen die Genauigkeit.
- Versuche den Wiederholen-Button wenn die Transkription fehlgeschlagen ist.
Der Anruf-Modus ist für Telefon-/Videoanrufe:
- Schalte deinen Anruf auf Lautsprecher
- Starte die Aufnahme in VoxiBoxi
- Sprich normal während des Anrufs
- Stoppe die Aufnahme wenn fertig
- Aktiviere in der Detailansicht "Mehrere Stimmen (Anrufe)"
- Stelle Boost auf +12dB für bessere Erkennung des Gesprächspartners
- Tippe auf den orangenen "Anruf-Modus" Button
Alle Aufnahmen werden lokal auf deinem iPhone gespeichert. Wir laden nie etwas auf einen Server hoch. Das bedeutet:
- Deine Aufnahmen sind privat
- Sie funktionieren offline
- Wenn du die App löschst, werden auch die Aufnahmen gelöscht!

❓ Preguntas Frecuentes
Verifica lo siguiente:

- ¿Está seleccionado el idioma correcto para tu grabación?
- ¿Es el audio suficientemente claro? El ruido de fondo afecta la precisión.
- Prueba el botón Reintentar si la transcripción falló.
El Modo Llamada es para transcribir llamadas telefónicas/video:
- Pon tu llamada en altavoz
- Comienza a grabar en VoxiBoxi
- Habla normalmente durante la llamada
- Detén la grabación cuando termines
- En Vista Detallada, activa "Múltiples Voces (Llamadas)"
- Configura Boost a +12dB para mejor detección del otro hablante
- Toca el botón naranja "Modo Llamada"
Todas las grabaciones se almacenan localmente en tu iPhone. Nunca subimos nada a ningún servidor. Esto significa:
