1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using VoxiBoxi ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, don't use the App. Simple.
2. What VoxiBoxi Does
VoxiBoxi is a voice recording and transcription app that helps you:
- Record voice memos with one tap
- Transcribe recordings to text using on-device AI
- Organize, play, and share your recordings
- Transcribe phone calls with dual-speaker detection
3. What VoxiBoxi Does NOT Do
VoxiBoxi is a tool to help you capture ideas. It does NOT:
- Guarantee 100% accurate transcription
- Replace professional transcription services
- Provide legal, medical, or official transcripts
- Back up your recordings to the cloud (everything is local)
⚠️ If you delete the app, your recordings are gone. Back up important recordings using the Share function!
4. Your Content
You own all recordings and transcripts you create. We claim no rights to your content. Since everything stays on your device, we couldn't access it even if we wanted to (which we don't).
5. Transcription Accuracy
🎤 About Accuracy
Transcription quality depends on: audio clarity, background noise, speaking pace, accent, and language. Best results come from clear, close-to-microphone recordings in quiet environments.
We do our best to deliver accurate transcriptions, but we cannot guarantee perfection. Always review important transcripts before relying on them.
6. Privacy
We take privacy seriously. Very seriously. See our Privacy Policy for all the details. The short version: #notyourdata.
7. Future Paid Features
Version 1.1+ may include optional paid features:
- Cloud AI Credits – One-time purchase (NOT subscription)
- Credit Packs: €2.99 (60 min), €9.99 (300 min), €24.99 (900 min)
- Validity: Credits valid for 5 years from purchase
- Non-refundable: Credits cannot be refunded once used
The FREE on-device transcription will always remain available.
8. Intellectual Property
VoxiBoxi, the VoxiBoxi logo, and all related content are owned by Desteba Productions, S.L. The app design, code, and branding are proprietary. Don't copy or redistribute without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
VoxiBoxi is provided "as is" without warranties. We are NOT liable for:
- Inaccurate transcriptions
- Missed words or phrases
- Lost recordings (please back up important files!)
- Any decisions made based on transcripts
- Anything, really—use responsibly!
10. Updates & Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the new version here. Continued use = acceptance of new terms.
11. Termination
You can stop using the App anytime by deleting it. We can't terminate your access because... there's nothing to terminate. No accounts, no cloud, no connection to us.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Alicante, Spain.

1. Annahme der Bedingungen
Durch Herunterladen, Installieren oder Nutzen von VoxiBoxi ("die App") stimmst du diesen AGB zu. Wenn du nicht zustimmst, nutze die App nicht. Ganz einfach.
2. Was VoxiBoxi macht
VoxiBoxi ist eine Sprachaufnahme- und Transkriptions-App, die dir hilft:
- Sprachnotizen mit einem Tipp aufzunehmen
- Aufnahmen mit On-Device KI in Text umzuwandeln
- Deine Aufnahmen zu organisieren, abzuspielen und zu teilen
- Telefonate mit Zwei-Sprecher-Erkennung zu transkribieren
3. Was VoxiBoxi NICHT macht
VoxiBoxi ist ein Werkzeug um Ideen festzuhalten. Es:
- Garantiert keine 100% genaue Transkription
- Ersetzt keine professionellen Transkriptionsdienste
- Liefert keine juristischen, medizinischen oder offiziellen Transkripte
- Sichert deine Aufnahmen nicht in der Cloud (alles ist lokal)
⚠️ Wenn du die App löschst, sind deine Aufnahmen weg. Sichere wichtige Aufnahmen mit der Teilen-Funktion!
4. Deine Inhalte
Du besitzt alle Aufnahmen und Transkripte die du erstellst. Wir beanspruchen keine Rechte an deinen Inhalten. Da alles auf deinem Gerät bleibt, könnten wir nicht darauf zugreifen, selbst wenn wir wollten (was wir nicht tun).
5. Transkriptionsgenauigkeit
🎤 Über Genauigkeit
Transkriptionsqualität hängt ab von: Audioklarheit, Hintergrundgeräuschen, Sprechgeschwindigkeit, Akzent und Sprache. Beste Ergebnisse bei klaren, nahe am Mikrofon aufgenommenen Aufnahmen in ruhiger Umgebung.
Wir geben unser Bestes für genaue Transkriptionen, können aber keine Perfektion garantieren. Überprüfe wichtige Transkripte immer bevor du dich darauf verlässt.
6. Datenschutz

7. Zukünftige Bezahl-Features
Version 1.1+ könnte optionale Bezahl-Features enthalten:
- Cloud AI Credits – Einmalkauf (KEIN Abo)
- Credit-Pakete: €2,99 (60 Min), €9,99 (300 Min), €24,99 (900 Min)
- Gültigkeit: Credits 5 Jahre ab Kauf gültig
- Nicht erstattbar: Genutzte Credits können nicht erstattet werden
Die KOSTENLOSE On-Device Transkription bleibt immer verfügbar.
8. Geistiges Eigentum
VoxiBoxi, das VoxiBoxi-Logo und alle zugehörigen Inhalte gehören Desteba Productions, S.L. App-Design, Code und Branding sind proprietär. Nicht ohne Erlaubnis kopieren oder weiterverbreiten.
9. Haftungsbeschränkung
VoxiBoxi wird "wie es ist" ohne Garantien bereitgestellt. Wir haften NICHT für:
- Ungenaue Transkriptionen
- Verpasste Wörter oder Phrasen
- Verlorene Aufnahmen (bitte wichtige Dateien sichern!)
- Entscheidungen basierend auf Transkripten
- Irgendetwas, wirklich—nutze verantwortungsvoll!
10. Updates & Änderungen
Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren. Wenn wir das tun, veröffentlichen wir die neue Version hier. Weitere Nutzung = Akzeptanz der neuen Bedingungen.
11. Kündigung
Du kannst die App jederzeit durch Löschen beenden. Wir können deinen Zugang nicht kündigen weil... es nichts zu kündigen gibt. Keine Konten, keine Cloud, keine Verbindung zu uns.
12. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen spanischem Recht. Streitigkeiten werden vor den Gerichten in Alicante, Spanien, verhandelt.

1. Aceptación de Términos
Al descargar, instalar o usar VoxiBoxi ("la App"), aceptas estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App. Así de simple.
2. Qué hace VoxiBoxi
VoxiBoxi es una app de grabación de voz y transcripción que te ayuda a:
- Grabar notas de voz con un toque
- Transcribir grabaciones a texto usando IA en el dispositivo
- Organizar, reproducir y compartir tus grabaciones
- Transcribir llamadas con detección de dos hablantes
3. Qué NO hace VoxiBoxi
VoxiBoxi es una herramienta para capturar ideas. NO:
- Garantiza transcripción 100% precisa
- Reemplaza servicios profesionales de transcripción
- Proporciona transcripciones legales, médicas u oficiales
- Respalda tus grabaciones en la nube (todo es local)
⚠️ Si eliminas la app, tus grabaciones desaparecen. ¡Respalda grabaciones importantes usando la función Compartir!
4. Tu Contenido
Eres dueño de todas las grabaciones y transcripciones que creas. No reclamamos derechos sobre tu contenido. Como todo permanece en tu dispositivo, no podríamos acceder aunque quisiéramos (que no queremos).
5. Precisión de Transcripción
🎤 Sobre la Precisión
La calidad de transcripción depende de: claridad del audio, ruido de fondo, velocidad al hablar, acento e idioma. Mejores resultados con grabaciones claras, cerca del micrófono, en ambientes silenciosos.
Hacemos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para entregar transcripciones precisas, pero no podemos garantizar perfección. Siempre revisa transcripciones importantes antes de confiar en ellas.
6. Privacidad
Nos tomamos la privacidad en serio. Muy en serio. Consulta nuestra Política de Privacidad para todos los detalles. La versión corta: #notyourdata.
7. Futuras Funciones de Pago
La versión 1.1+ podría incluir funciones de pago opcionales:
- Créditos Cloud AI – Compra única (NO suscripción)
- Paquetes: €2,99 (60 min), €9,99 (300 min), €24,99 (900 min)
- Validez: Créditos válidos por 5 años desde la compra
- No reembolsable: Los créditos usados no pueden reembolsarse
La transcripción GRATUITA en dispositivo siempre permanecerá disponible.
8. Propiedad Intelectual
VoxiBoxi, el logo de VoxiBoxi y todo el contenido relacionado son propiedad de Desteba Productions, S.L. El diseño, código y marca de la app son propietarios. No copiar ni redistribuir sin permiso.
9. Limitación de Responsabilidad
VoxiBoxi se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías. NO somos responsables de:
- Transcripciones imprecisas
- Palabras o frases perdidas
- Grabaciones perdidas (¡por favor respalda archivos importantes!)
- Decisiones tomadas basándose en transcripciones
- Cualquier cosa, realmente—¡usa responsablemente!
10. Actualizaciones y Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. Si lo hacemos, publicaremos la nueva versión aquí. Uso continuado = aceptación de los nuevos términos.
11. Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar la App en cualquier momento eliminándola. No podemos terminar tu acceso porque... no hay nada que terminar. Sin cuentas, sin nube, sin conexión con nosotros.
12. Ley Aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de España. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales de Alicante, España.
